If we can't do your job, you get your money back before we start. Your deadline and your description reach us the moment you pay. If your deadline isn’t realistically hittable, or the work isn’t something we do — we don’t prepare immigration or visa plans (E-2, EB-5, L-1) — we tell you within the hour and refund in full, same day, before any work begins.
