Terms of Service

These are the terms you agree to when you place an order with 48 Hour Plan (48hourplan.com). They are short on legalese on purpose — the commitments here are the same ones made in plain sight on our pricing page and FAQ.

1. What we are — and what we are not

48 Hour Plan is an independent, U.S.-based document-preparation service. We prepare business plans, pitch decks, and the financial models behind them.

We are not a law firm, accounting firm, financial adviser, broker, or lender, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration or any lender. "Lender-format" describes document structure and content conventions, not an endorsement. Our documents are not legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. No one can guarantee loan approval or funding, and we don't — approval depends on your credit, collateral, cash flow, and your lender's judgment. What we commit to is the document: correct format, defensible numbers, checkable sources, delivered on time.

2. How the work is done

An AI drafting engine does the heavy lifting; a human reviews the structure, the numbers, and every citation before delivery. That is how this work is delivered in 48 hours at these prices, and we say so publicly. Every statistic in your documents carries a source you can check. Anything that cannot be verified is either replaced with a cited equivalent or listed plainly in your Assumptions Register — nothing is invented.

3. Ordering and the 48-hour clock

• You place an order by completing the intake on this site. We confirm scope by email, normally within the hour.
• Your delivery clock starts when we confirm your completed intake — not when you pay, and not until the nine post-payment questions are in. "I don't know" is a valid intake answer; we fill gaps with sourced, clearly labeled assumptions.
• If we need information only you can provide, we ask once, in a single consolidated list; the clock pauses until you reply.
• Delivery times are stated per package on the pricing page. A 24-hour rush is available for +$99, subject to capacity and only after your intake is complete — and if your deadline isn't realistically hittable, we tell you before you pay, not after.

4. Prices and payment

• The price is the one shown on the pricing page when you order. Flat — no upsells mid-project.
• Payment is by secure Stripe checkout link. We never see or store your card number, and your card network's standard dispute protections always apply. Charges appear as 48 HOUR PLAN on your statement.
• The intake is in two parts and payment sits between them. You answer three questions on the order page — a description of the business, what the document is for, and your deadline — and we then send you to a secure Stripe checkout link matching the package you selected. The remaining nine questions follow immediately after payment. If your order includes an add-on (rush or an added pitch deck), nothing is charged on the order page and we email your payment link within the hour instead.
• If we can't do your job, you are refunded before we start it. Your description and deadline reach us at the moment of payment. If your stated deadline isn't realistically hittable, or the work falls into something we decline (see §7), we tell you within the hour and refund in full the same day, before any work begins.

5. Delivery, revisions, and ownership

• Deliverables arrive by email in the formats stated on the pricing page (Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint as applicable) — fully editable, no locked files.
• Your package includes the number of revision rounds stated on the pricing page at the time of your order. Send changes as bullet points; revisions come back within 24 hours.
• Once delivered (and paid for, where payment is due), the documents are yours — use them, edit them, submit them anywhere. Our underlying templates, model structures, and tooling remain ours, as do the fictional samples on this site.

Lender-Ready Package ($895) — strongest terms: miss the deadline and it's free — full refund and you keep the documents. Any material error (a broken citation, a number that doesn't reconcile to the model) is fixed within 24 hours or fully refunded.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are issued first, questions asked after — to your original payment method via Stripe, typically landing in 5–10 business days.
• Guarantee refunds are described in the box above. In addition, orders we decline (below) are refunded in full the same day.
• Nothing here limits your statutory rights or your card network's dispute process.

7. Work we decline

We refund in full, same day, and point you to the right kind of specialist if your order is:

• An immigration or visa business plan (E-2, EB-5, L-1, and similar) — these need specialized immigration expertise we don't offer.
• A plan for an unlawful business.
• An order that depends on a funding guarantee. If you need someone to promise your loan gets approved, that person doesn't exist — and anyone who says otherwise is someone to walk away from.

8. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information. Your documents are built from what you tell us plus cited public sources.
• Review everything — especially the figures and the Assumptions Register — before submitting documents to any lender, investor, or other party. Final responsibility for what you submit is yours.

9. Confidentiality

Your intake answers, materials, and finished documents are used to prepare your order and for nothing else — never sold, shared beyond our service providers, or reused as marketing material. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including the outcome of any loan or investment decision, which no document can control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. The boring-but-necessary part

• If something goes wrong, email us first — we resolve nearly everything with a refund or a fix within days.
• If we change these terms, the new version appears here with a new effective date; the terms in effect when you ordered govern your order.
