Wrote your own business plan? We'll make it lender-ready.
You've done the hard thinking — the idea, the numbers, maybe twenty pages of draft. If lenders aren't taking it seriously, or you never quite finished it, we rebuild it into the format they expect: cited, reconciled, and back in your inbox within 48 hours.
The three gaps that separate a draft from a lender-format plan
- Structure. Lenders read plans in a standard order — and look for specific things: use of funds, monthly Year-1 financials, debt-service coverage, break-even, a downside case. A draft missing those sections reads as unfinished, however good the idea is.
- Uncited claims. “The market is growing fast” with no source is a red flag in a document whose whole job is to be checked. In a lender-format plan, every market statistic carries a citation someone can open.
- Numbers that don't reconcile. Revenue in the text that doesn't match the spreadsheet; projections with no visible assumptions; totals that don't add. Nothing loses a reader faster — checking numbers is literally their job.
None of these mean your thinking is wrong. They mean the document isn't yet speaking the reader's language.
What a rebuild keeps — and what it replaces
It keeps your plan yours. Your idea, your local knowledge, your real numbers, your voice in the intake answers — that's the raw material, and it's the part we can't invent.
It replaces the packaging with the lender standard:
- Restructured into the full 25–35 page lender format — every expected section, in the expected order.
- Every statistic verified against a source we cite, or replaced with one that can be. Numbers nobody can check don't survive.
- Your figures rebuilt into a live 3-year Excel model — monthly Year 1, DSCR, break-even, and an honest downside case.
- Every estimate we make is labeled in an Assumptions Register for you to confirm or correct.
- One revision round included, returned within 24 hours.
Started it in ChatGPT? That's fine — we use AI too.
And we say so plainly: an AI drafting engine does the heavy lifting here, with a human reviewing the structure, the numbers, and every citation before delivery. The difference between a raw AI draft and a lender-format plan isn't the tool — it's the verification. Generic market sections and unsourced statistics are exactly what gets rebuilt.
The honest fit check — before you pay
Not every draft needs us, and we'd rather tell you that than take your money. Email 48hourplans@gmail.com two sentences about your situation — deadline, who's asking for the plan — and attach your draft if you like. You get a plain answer on fit, including “you shouldn't buy this” when that's the truth.
What it costs. A rebuild is our standard build:
$449 flat, delivered in 48 hours, same standard as a from-scratch plan —
read the full sample to see it. Your draft makes the intake faster; it doesn't change the verification work, so it doesn't change the price. Three questions to secure checkout, then nine more: we confirm by email within the hour, and a missed deadline means a full refund.
What it costs. Drafts with real numbers qualify for Draft Rescue — $279 flat, 48 hours: your plan rebuilt into lender format with verified citations and clean annual financials. Full from-scratch rebuilds are $449. If your draft isn't rescuable, we say so within hours — upgrade for the difference or take a same-day refund.
What we won't do
- No approval guarantees — nobody can promise a lender's decision, and you should walk away from anyone who does.
- No invented numbers or padded claims to “strengthen” your case. Defensible beats impressive.
- No immigration or visa business plans (E-2, EB-5, L-1 and similar) — that's specialist work; order one by mistake and we refund in full the same day.
Your draft did the thinking. We'll do the format.
Start the intake — paste what you have, answer what you know, and the 48-hour clock starts at confirmation, not at payment.
